Main Ingredients: Deboned chicken in finger size slices, lemon juice, 7 Shawarma spices
Time Required: 1 hour
(1) Mix all ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
(2) Take the chicken out of marinade. Place in an oven tray and cook in oven for 45 minutes at 220°C.
(3) Serve accompanied with grilled tomatoes, french fries, and salads.
