<li>Salt and Black Pepper to taste</li>

<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>(1) Take two pounds of round steak and cut into medallions.</p>
<p>(2) In skillet with lid, heat olive oil, three to four cloves garlic and round steak medallions until brown.</p>
<p>(3) Then add two pounds of crushed plum tomatoes. Add about one tablespoon oregano, crushed red pepper (optional), salt and pepper to taste.</p>
<p>(4) Simmer for about one and a half hours.</p>
<p>(5) Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Eat and enjoy over rice or your favorite pasta.</p>
