<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<li>3-4 pounds (1.3-1.8 kg) chicken or larger cut up</li>
<li>4-6 medium potatoes cut in halves</li>

<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>(1) Place the cut up chicken in a large roasting pan. Add the potatoes around the chicken. Pour the tomatoes over the chicken and potatoes. Add garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Seal with foil.</p>
<p>(2) Bake at 140 celsius (285 fahrenheit) for 3 hours. Uncover last half hour.</p>
<p>(3) Remove chicken and add prepared spaghetti to sauce.</p>
<p>(4) To serve, mash halved potatoes on bottom of dish, place tossed spaghetti on to and mix.</p>
