500 grams of Lean Beef sliced into thin strips
2 cloves of finely chopped Garlic
3 Fresh Chillies chopped
2 Shallots chopped
2 tablespoons of Fresh Basil
2 teaspoons of Fish Sauce
2 teaspoons of Oyster Sauce
Salt to taste
6-8 tablespoons of Water

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>

<li>6-8 tablespoons of Water</li>
<li>4-6 teaspoon of Vegetable Oil</li>
<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>(1) In a wok or pan heat the oil and stir fry the garlic until it is golden.</p>
<p>(2) Then add in the chilli and cook for another minute.</p>
<p>(3) Add in the beef, fish sauce, oyster sauce, water and salt. Simmer and cook for a few minutes until the beef is tender. </p>
<p>(4) Stir in shallots and basil, and stir fry for 30 seconds and serve.</p>
<p>Note: Originally Chinese dish with Pakistani adaptation.</p>
