<li>2 Eggs</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder or to taste</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>Breadcrumbs, enough to cover the chicken drumsticks</li>
<li>Oil for deep drying</li>
<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>(1) Mix the following ingredients in a large bowl: Eggs, red chilli powder, salt and black peppers. Mix well, then add the chicken drumsticks to these ingredients. Mix well and marinate in refrigerator for about 1 hour.</p>
<p>(2) Remove the drumsticks from the refrigerator and dip the drumsticks in the breadcrumbs one at a time.</p>
<p>(3) In a deep frying pan, put oil and heat oil on medium heat until well hot. When oil is well hot deep fry chicken drumsticks until well done. Lay drumsticks on a paper towel to absorb any extra oil. </p>
