(1) Mix all ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours.
(2) Take the chicken out of marinade. Place in an oven tray and cook in oven for 45 minutes at 220°C.
(3) Serve accompanied with grilled tomatoes, french fries, and salads.

Are we to take the chicken out of the marinade to cook? There is so much lemon/oil marinade in this recipe that it doesn’t make sense. It seems wasteful and doesn’t give the chicken the best flavor. It is too lemony. I’m guessing the measurements on this recipe are inaccurate.
Thanks for pointing that out, yes chicken has to be taken out of marinade before cooking. This particluar recipe is meant to be lemony. The instructions have been updated. If you find a better recipe then please post it here. Thanks.
