Main Ingredients: Hot sausage, eggs, ricotta cheese

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 pound (454 grams) hot sausage
  • 1 medium container of ricotta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:

    (1) Beat eggs and ricotta and set aside.

    (2) Cut sausage into small pieces and fry.

    (3) Remove sausage and drain well.

    (4) Empty grease from pan and add a little oil. Add sausage and the ricotta and egg mixture. Cook slowly on one side.

    (5) Place a plate over the pan and flip it so the frittata will be on the plate. Slide it back into the pan to finish cooking.

    (6) Serve as slices either warm or cold.
